Virgilio I. Chen has extensive experience practicing immigration law in the United States. An immigrant himself, he experienced firsthand the immigration process with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Born in Panama, Virgilio immigrated to the United States at a young age and subsequently became a U.S. citizen, as such, his personal connection to the vicissitudes of immigrants is a personal one.
He graduated from Florida International University in 2010, and received his J.D., from Ave Maria School of Law in 2014. Moreover, Virgilio holds a Master of International Business, cum laude, from the University of Florida. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2015 and has practice immigration law since then.
Throughout his career, he has vehemently represented clients before administrative agencies, immigration courts, and the board of appeals. Virgilio represents clients throughout the United States and is dedicated to serving the immigrant community nationwide.
